| What is nutrition?
Nutrition is the science and application of holistic eating. By addressing the positive and negative effects of food, beverages, water, vitamins, minerals, and other organic or synthetic substances on the human body, one can assess and better understand one's own personal picture of health. Nutrition is a study of an individual's patterns, habits and choices, as well as the collective food industries on our planet.

What is my nutrition philosophy?
These days, knowing what to eat can be so confusing. A diet book says one thing,
a doctor says another, and television bombards us with new products to buy. When we have an illness, we take a pill, or we go to a doctor to fix us. I believe our awareness of our health issues can and should be improved dramatically for greater vitality, longevity and general wellbeing.
What would your life look like if you had guidance in addressing your personal diet issues honestly? What if you could develop a lifestyle that embraces positive eating habits, frees you from cravings, and instills an overall feeling of balance?
I can help bring awareness and clarity to your health issues. I can show you how as your diet improves, other areas of your life will also improve. Together we can develop a personal action plan based on your goals, lifestyle, tastes and timeline.
By thoroughly understanding a variety of views and research regarding different aspects of nutrition, I strive to facilitate a restorative, therapeutic and preventative nutrition program that suits you. My emphasis is on whole, organic, locally grown, healing foods that not only sustain health, but also satisfy the desire to enjoy a delicious meal in the company of loved ones.
